Web Directory sites on MSN

how do they choose?

Anybody know how you get your site included as one of the MSN web directory sites? They are the sites listed above serp listings.

That's the zeal non-commercial web directory (which is owned by Looksmart). I'm not sure if there's a commercial directory to $ubmit to, although Looksmart offers the ppc option.
