Does resubmitting paid URL in ink helps ?

A URL which has been indexed by ink for free. Will it help if that URL is also submitted via paid route?
Will doing this
a) make no change to the URL's rankings
b) lower the rankings
c) improve the rankings

Also, can a paid URL thru one ink partner be resubmited through another ink partner and if yes, what's the effect on rankings?

web_india, technically if a page is in for free, resubmitting by paid inclusion won't change ranking. The advantage is that if you make adjustments the 48 hour spidering will show a ranking change based on changes quicker than waiting for an update of the free pages.

If you've paid for inclusion with one partner there's no point to paying with another, once it's in, it's in.
