Is MSN ranking everything miles from what the ink dadtabase shows in the Pure Results pages? Trying to figure this one out..Seems link a completely different Db. There is usually a difference but this is all different results completely.

check this thread, it appears to be an only MSN thing. But then again, I guess that is about the only place you will find INK anyway these days...

I mean how can they even take themselves seriously when #1-#5 are the same site...and all redirects to a site trying to sell you car insurance and you searched for...say...glass figurines...it ridiculous..MSN needs to go google or wisenut...teoma...anything...at least you'll get something from the same planet

Yesterday I found some INCREDIBLE spam doorways in MSN. Its amazing. Totally off topic "doorway tests" coming from totally unrelated domains - that were probably unaware that the pages were there. The design firm also does SEO (not REAL SEO, just cranking out doorways.), and it looks like they test pages on unsuspecting domains. Sneaky SEO's at work (I traced the company, and we will have words after I talk with the folks at legal.) One client almost had a coronary finding his COMPANY name had been optimized on a totally irrelevant, and questionable site. The only explanation I could give was an overzealous affiliate testing a doorway.

Personally, I think Ink's days at MSN, and as a search db are numbered. And not many digits in that number.
Next up - Google or Fast? My bet goes on Fast..
