Not understanding MSN.com

Links aren't coming from Overture, L$, or DH

I'm sure this is a basic question but I can't find the answer in old posts nor can I figure it out.

I recently submitted some pages to Inktomi. I have a keyword stuffed URL with keyword weighted homepage. I do a search for my exact full URL with www.domain.com/index.html and I see something weird.

I see :
WEB DIRECTORY SITES
[Hyperlinked empty whitespace which takes me to msn.directhit.com but is labeled as AskJeeves]

Then I see a 27 websites of comepetitors. I am assuming that MSN breaks apart my keyword stuffed domain to make some sense of it.

Then I get:
WEB PAGES
28 - [My website]

I cannot figure out where links 1-27 are coming from. Not Overture. I did a search at Direct Hit (Teoma) and they dont match. I did a search at Looksmart and they dont match. So where are these "Web Directory" sites coming from?

Well, it is a commercial site as our my competitors.

Is it possible MSN fills from Teoma(DH) and L$ but mixes the fills from both sources? When I went to Teoma and L$ I typed in "widget" and simply compared the linear results I got from each versus what I got from MSN

The web directory results are from Looksmart's database they're just ranked with a different algorithm. Compare the title and description of those listing with what's in L$ and they should match up.
