Inktomi trouble...again

"Connection Failure" message with every submission

I've been submitting to Ink. through Position Tech. for some time now and have recently begun having problems with the error message "connection failure" with EVERY single submission I do. I get this whether I submit a single page or in bunches. It always happens when I submit relatively large pages...however, since that's what I want to submit (that's what I'm PAYING to submit), it doesn't seem to me that this should matter. I've had some large pages go through, but every single submission is a major waiting game and I have many subs to do.

It's not typically correcting itself after 48 hours either, though my most recent Ink. fiasco is still "young." Has anyone else encountered this? If so, have you found a DEFINITIVE way to correct the problem (besides making the pages smaller in size, which is not an option)?

Perhaps submitting through someone other than Position Technologies? Which leads me to another question - has anyone had any good/bad/different experiences with other submission partners rather than Position Tech?
