if I use pay inclusion at altavista.com, will it craw the link

If I use pay inclussion at Altavista.com at first page " index.htm". Will scooter craw the link to another pages.

P.S thinking about it, it is no, otherwise why pay for other pages within the URL, I really need to have my breakfast before I start work :)

I would not waste money on AV paid for inclusion if you have a USA site. I rank #1 on Google, Fast, Teoma, INK-MSN, AOL etc on one of my sites. I am not in the top 100 pages in altavista. Out of the 1000's of hits I get every month there has not been 1 single hit from Altavista in my logs.

P.S. I did not pay for inclusion for my new site and scooter has crawled over 300 pages within the first week the site was up. I have not even checked the results in AltaVista.
