Scooter shows up 4 or 5 times a day

I have a new site that was available in late feb. I have Scooter-3.2.EX visiting my site a lot. Its been this way for about 15 days. Before that it was Scooter-W3.1.2. I have never paid for AV.

Is it normal to have one page in AV? I thought it was a spidering engine and not a directory. Why is it hitting me so much if I only have one page in AV? I haven't had a refferal yet. My site is new and I am trying to add keywords. If I have no keywords presently what does AV use for keywords? Is it the first few lines of text.

it crawls, sometimes indexes a page, then comes back and indexes more. Did you submit using the free submit? You really don't have to pay AV they just take about 1-2 months to crawl your site from queue.
