If I only submit my home page URL to the paid spider?

Make sure the spiders have an easy link path to follow to the rest of your site. A good, logical site hierarchy will make it easy for it to spider.

My experience has been that the page you pay for is the only one that get's indexed.

But I submitted my site to AV two weeks ago,
and scooter never showed up in my server logs.

Should I consider PFI now?

wait, Scooter will show up.

You can submit as many pages as you want, but the 5 they allow is fine.

Scooter takes awhile to get started...and I can't say the traffic is worth all of that trouble, but it's another search engine you can optimize for so it can be worthwhile to some.
