Does any one know if there is a better way to report spam to Inktomi? Currently the only way I know how is to write to spamcrusader@inktomi.com. I haven't recieved a reply nor have I seen any changes. Is this still a valid way to report spam?

Emailing spamcrusader@inktomi.com is still the correct way to notify Inktomi of spam.
