I haven't seen any refreshes in a week now. If I lay on the floor and cry and scream and kick my feet...will this make them update?

Last refresh on my site:
Refreshed 11/22/01

I suggest you to renew your PT service until 28/11 because they'll increase prices!!

Toolman,

I have seen a similar problem. A deliberately 'detuned' a page to test my theory.

2 weeks later it still has the same ranking with the old description.

Not Good:(

Refresh for me is has been about 72+ hours on the "pure search" depending on when I hit the cycle.

Seems that new pages are going in, but old ones are not being updated - anyone else seeing this pattern

Defeats the object IMO

Don't care about the new 'bells and whistles' - only the rapid refresh is important.

Seems to have updated a few but sporadic...they might be very busy right about now.

I have seen the same thing. No update for at least a week and a half on one of my pages. Phoned PT and they confirmed. They were going to contact Ink and get back to me. No word back yet

Beezer,

WElcome to the INK forum. PT's customer service is very good, let us know what they have to say...

Some days ago I noticed the same thing. I went to my PT "view pages section", clicked on each and substituted the same page. It re-submitted/processed the same page and it was updated within 48 hours.
INK is probably busy and giving priority to submitted pages rather than refresh existing ones.
Logical to do if they're busy because most pages don't change and don't need to be refreshed every 48 hours.
