Renewal of PT pay to index pages?

Are annual renewals automatic?

One of my first pay-to-index pages with Position Technology will expire in month. I looked all over their website and found nothing about how to renew the annual subscription.

Has anyone heard if we have to resubmit, or if the renewal can be made automatic?

Mayor,

Good question - I will be talking with Position Tech tomorrow and will see if I can find out. Like you I've got some pages coming due next month...

My understanding after talking with Position Tech is that they will be invoicing for renewals - and not doing auto renewals...

Thanks for the input, stcrim. Hopefully they will make this simple and not create a disruption in service.

I can see the renewals turning into a maintenance item for anyone that has a number of pages included in their program, especially if those pages were spread over a period of multiple months.

It would be nice to have an online option to choose automatic renewal of selected pages for an upcoming year.

Anything that simlifies account maintenance and avoids disruptions in service will be welcomed with open arms.

I have some pages that appear to have just auto-renewed. I haven't been able to verify whether the credit card was actually charged yet.

Congradulations to PT for putting a simple advance renewal process on their billings page.

This allows me to keep my decent-performing web pages in the paid-inclusion program with minimal administrative maintenance and no disruption in service. It also allows me let the poor performing pages expire if I wish, with no action on my part.

I could see the renewals page which showed when pages will run out - but couldn't see how to do it. Am I missing something obvious? My first renewal is due 11/30.

I clicked on <account services> <order summary/renew subscription> and an option to renew was indicated in the left margin for a page that would expire in early November.

I clicked on it and made the renewal for $15.00.

I have another page that will expire in mid-December. The renewal option is not displayed, so I guess I have to wait until closer to the expiration date.

That makes sense. Obviously the renewal tag shows when you are within 30 days (or so) of renewal.
