Another reseller for the Ink spider.

Some competition between resellers may give users a better value in terms of tracking tools etc . .

The more in game the better I say.

i think you'll see the same exact tools from each of the providers - I think Ink is not really giving anything extra to any particular partner. The real difference will be in customer support.

I think you hit the nail on the head, Skiguide. It seems Inktomi is controlling this with an iron fist. I agree, customer service ~should improve because of this..

At least consumers will have a choice of who they deal with.
