inktomi and noframes tag

I have the paid 48hr recrawl from Inkromi on my UK site and am wondering as I can't move the page that it recrawls if a link in the <noframes> on a frameset page will direct the crawler to my S.E.O. pages?
Also which other crawlers will follow noframes tags?

cheers,

it will only look at the paid page you submit nothing else, so if I was you goto the PT site and change the submitted with the Substitute URL option page to one of your inktomi optimised ones

Or you may just want to optimize the paid pages rather than move the url.

BTW - welcome to the INK forum of WMW

Thanks for welcoming me! It great to be part of a board that is adult and does not make childish comments!

The Paid crawl was a freebie from Webgravity.com - I think. I went to a SE conference in London and they said that anyone gave them their URL they would do it free for a year. Without my S.E.O. head on I forgot to give them the optimised page and now I have to cope with a page that not only uses frames but also has a shed load of dynamic content - which I have no say on.

If I can't change the URL it crawls, I think that the most I can hope for it to get a 2x2 at the top left pixel to move the spider on - anyone know if Inktomi will fall for this and will any other S.E. flag up the site?

Thanks,

are you base in the UK if so what part ? the paid submission will only cover the submitted URL and will not follow links, I think it's maybe time for you to grab your credt card and join the rat race.
