How is is INK at deep crawling sites, there site says they do but just wanted to check?

They do a pretty good job at deep crawling sites. The downside is that it takes a long long time for them to actually do it. Sometimes I have to wait over 3 months for them to deep crawl for the first time. Once they do though, they return to check for updates often.
