I sent it back to the vendor, they then informed me that they do not see any problems and sent the laptop back to me. I switched it on tonight to find exactly the same problems from the very first time I switched it back on. Not only that, I find scratchs all over the lid of the laptop and a chunk of the paint missing from the hinge on the lid.
Now I have to call them back tomorrow to get my money back, I might contact my card company and tell them of my problems to see if they can help.
