But that doesn't mean I have to like it. As a matter of fact, I wash my hands as soon as possible after a handshaking episode.

My dear dead mother can now hear me screaming at her to leave me alone ... I was right all along!

All my life, I have had an inexplicable need to wash my hands a disproportionate number of times per day. (30 to 40 times a day) I still do it ... but perhaps not quite so often. My mother would never let me away with it and considered it her duty to comment on my desperate (and pitiful) need to have clean hands at all times.

Mom drove me crazy saying, "For god's sake Liane, your hands are clean already!"

So the laws of probability say they weren't clean ... and I did the right thing! Yes?
