ctrl-enter = put's [www....] and .com afterwards
(Try typing WebmasterWorld and then ctrl-enter and you will understand)
(In the adress bar)
Well in my case it adds at the end not '.com' but '.co.jp' but that's most likely because my OS and IE are both the Japanese version. Anyway, thanks for the great tip.
alt+d - jump to address bar (very handy for keyboard only-ing)
shift+ f10 - mouse right-click
My favourite (and the only reason to use IE IMO ;))
Ctrl+Enter - Add "www." to the beginning and ".com" to the end of the text typed in the Address bar
[oops lazerlubb got this one first...]
winkey shortcuts:
windows key + d - show desktop (minimise all/undo minimise all)
winkey + tab - Cycle through taskbar buttons
winkey + r - run
winkey + e - open explorer.
Happy keyboarding!
alt + F4 to close app
ctrl + w close window
ctrl + tab cycles through windows/files within an app
alt + tab cycles through apps
adding shift will go opposite way for the above 2
ctrl + z undo
ctrl + y redo (program dependant)
ctrl + x cut
nothing more annoyimg than watching someone cut and paste with their mouse and right clicking, makes me want to throttle them
ctrl + s save
ctrl + a select all
funny how all the shortcuts are on the left side for common non fatal actions. More difficult possibly earth shattering ones are more keys and difficult to do with one hand.
almost like someone was thinking ;)
don't know any IE ones because I refuse to sully myself with it.
on a Mac most of those can be supplemented with the apple key, Mac always seemed to have a lot more interesting and useful ones.

IE: Ctrl->F5
Refreshes server cache?
I use Ctrl->R
1) I use Shift + Click to open anything in a new window.
2) Print Screen + Esc then open MS Paint and Ctrl + V = Screen Shot :)
3) Most important is the Windows key (If you use a Windows 105 key board) -
Windows key + R gives you Run Comand, then type these and enter to directly go the application:
WinWord = MS Word
Excel = MS Excel
Notepad = Notepad
MSpaint = MS Paint
[www...] .com = Typed URL Website in IE
view-source:http://www .com = Typed URL source code in notepad
And many more...
