I cant seem to find a decent list of all the other IE/Windows shortcuts that arent exactly common knowledge. Maybe we can start a list here?

Or if someone knows a good list...

Windows: Alt->Print Screen
Copies just the active window/dialog box

IE: Ctrl->F5
Refreshes server cache?

In Internet Explorer you can hit the Backspace Key and it will take you to your previous window. :D

if you have a wheel mouse: in IE

CTRL + spin - changes text size
Shift + spin - Cycles backward and forward through pages (no need for the back/forward button)

Brilliant! I am in awe to the scroll mouse expert!

Also, in Windows, if you don't have the windows key, CTRL - ESC will make the start bar jump up.

And whilst you've got an icon selected, Alt - Enter will get up the properties.

One of my fav is Ctrl + Enter, rather then typing http://www.webmasterworld.com, just type in webmasterworld and hit ctrl + enter.

Sadly, it only works for .com, i dont think there is a short cut for .net / .org or other tld's.
