For me it has to be Mafia "city of lost heaven"

It's one of those games you just don't want to end. It's almost like a very well made and written movie where you play the leading roll.

Set in the 1930's with acurate car modeling and sound effects coupled with excelent artificial intelegence engine and awsome graphics. Great game that currently has me hooked.

trillianjedi...I think I love you. :) I'm slightly geeky as far as web stuff goes, but so not geeky as far as gaming goes. I looked for Zombies Ate My Neighbors a few years ago on eBay and decided I shouldn't buy a really old system *and* a really old game. Hmmm, now that I think of it, I was really really poor then. But cool, I can play it again tonight. Wait 'til I send the link to my partner in Zombie crime. There was one level we never beat.

ELITE. Absolutely incredible game. Wire-drawn graphics, intergalactic trading and hyperspace... ahhh... those were the days.

Hmmm.... sorry - those links were from a while ago.

Search google for "SNES emulator PC" (or whatever platform) and I would also try "SNES zombies.zip".

They'll be there somewhere - I used to have loads of the old SNES (and Atari) stuff running on emulators.

Regression is the way forward!

Zombies Ate My Neighbors was a great game. I remember playing it for hours at a time and laughing with my friends the whole way.

I once did an internship in France, at a time when the web was practically unknown there. Only game I had was minesweeper... Spent hours playing that and got unbeatable high scores.

Digdug and Boulderdash were both missed off my list, which is unforgivable. Boulderdash was fantastic.

(I went looking for a flash version of DigDug the other week, but all I could find was scabby Java. :( )
