A UMass study confirms that ISPs are slowing down YouTube, Amazon Prime, NBC Sports and other streaming sites. The ISPs are slowing down the Internet that YOU paid for, just like WE told you. If you want your advertised speeds back, you actually have to pay more.

To all those misguided people who said the repeal of Net Neutrality was about freedom, enjoy your SLOW internet speed. It's not like you were not warned.

a mystery to me as how you think I might be referring to EU rules when I have specifically said "France" in each post in this thread

Because France is part of the EU and is subject to EU rules. Therefore "net neutrality" in France could be EU rules or specifically French ones.

how you extrapolate 3 from 27 into "most"

Three examples, and I already mentioned the UK, and its easy to find more examples. In fact, according the European Commission zero rating happens in almost all EU countries: ec.europa.eu/competition/publications/reports/kd0217687enn.pdf (page 10).

The three examples are not..valid as I demonstrated.. there were only 2 ( the Netherlands is where Altice is based, no "deal" was mentioned there ) and the Italian one was lapped down, the Portuguese one has not yet been accepted..

But you know that..just like I know you are anti Eu..enjoy your Brexit next March, and good riddance..

I'm not being drawn into your snide games..

typo.."slapped down"..
No matter how hard one tries to keep politics out of WebmasterWorld, the anti EU posters and others from one side , always try bring it in..directly, or via a side door..

Net Neutrality is politics, so a little here and there is to be expected when gnashing teeth and dancing about. :)
