I am surprised you found this picture.

This gizmo is actually a prototype portable in-place necktie dry-cleaner.

Notice the man demonstrating how this unit cleans his necktie while he is still wearing it.

A coin operated unit is planned which will be marketed to restaurants. The restaurants patrons will be able to clean their ties in the restaurant's lobby, before they embarrass themselves in public!

Under contract with NASA, Pratt & Whitney produces high-pressure turbopumps for the Space Shuttle's main engine. Together, a pair of high-pressure turbopumps deliver liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen to the shuttle engine's main combustion chamber for ignition.
