(Reuters) - Forget the square jaw, rugged complexion and tough-guy macho attitude -- what women really want is a man with full lips and feminine features, according to a British study published on Wednesday.The findings add to previous research about masculinity and offer further insight into what people look for in others when choosing potential partners, said evolutionary psychologist Lynda Boothroyd, who led the study.

I would almost think so... no, I would think so. The emphasis on thin and the regurgitated (who does that?) philosophy that indicates this is acceptable, even preferrable, is, well... I don't know what it is except that it's not right...
Those rail-thin models could learn from me... I mean it's all about being happy with what you are... I'm a fat boy who'se happy with what he are...

In Tennessee, they want a man that can wear a white tee, covered in grease, that's able to make the tractor start, and still run low 9s with their 70 Roadrunner. Change a tire, sit a horse, TIG, MIG, and know when to plant what. Cook a perfect steak and know how to make biscuits and gravy.
Shoot, skin and cook deer meat, master the dogs and praise their womens' cooking circle fried pies. And still park their sweet little ass in a new Caddy when they go to family reunions. And wear a cowboy hat without looking stupid...
Don't have the time to hang at Wal-mart though. Gotta weed that garden. Feed the dogs. Cows. Chickens. Goats. Horses. Donkeys. Then test those reloads.

I was reading a study about Londoners the other day and it said that the number one thing that women look for in men is having an eco-outlook.
Pfff. That is the answer they give to survey-takers and others who ask what they are looking for in a man. What they TAKE in a man is likely to be the opposite! Publish a study on THAT, and I'll be quite interested. ;)

This thread really got me ticking cause just recently I joined a crew of dating coaches that professionally teach guys how to get babes. And I must say that, as with almost anything else, it stands that you can teach almost anything to a person of average intelligence and solid motivation.

We don't want to tolerate rooster-fighting, going to the girlie bars, or gambling. We will communicate our disapproval if the man drinks brown liquor, but this is not necessarily a deal-breaker provided he makes good money.
