I am too lazy to exercise and I am a vegetarian. I don't like eating much anyway because I think spending time eating seems to be such a waste of time.
My general health is great - no heart attacks, no brain haemorraghes, no tiredness etc so far. I can trek up hills without problems which others huff and puff.
I hear that fat american kids munch on potato chips, cheese burgers etc all the time. Now if I do the same, will I gain weight quickly?
BTW , am too like you health wise , and trying to change the things , am drinking lot of milk , try it if you like it
Please i have read lot of times people suggesting to workout for even gaining weight and for loosing weight , what is the logic behind for workout incase you want to gain weight , is it something related to incased metabolic activity and increased diet or what? workout in case you want to loose weight makes obvious sense

muscle is heavier than fat, so ...
by doing exercises for stamina (running, cycling, swimming... low intensity and long duration) you will burn a lot of calories/fat but not gain too much muscle -> you lose weight
by doing exercises for strenght/power (weight lifting, exercises as above but in short duration and high intensity) you will gain a lot of muscle and still burn fat, but the weight of the muscle gained will be superior to the weight of the fat lost -> you gain weight.
To give you an idea, I am 1,87m for 85kg - sorry I was taught in metrics and kg - so slightly shorter than you but weighing 33kg more.
With the data you gave us, your BMI (Body Mass Index [google.co.uk] - a scale that takes into account your height and weight) is 14.4 which I wouldn't classify as 'healthy' ('normal weight' BMI is between 18.5-24.9). To get at the bottom end of the 'normal weight' scale (BMI 18.5) you should weigh 67kg.
If you are not familiar with exercising, I would start by smimming twice a week (monday and friday for example) for a month or two just to get your heart use to 'work out' and to tone your muscles. Then you could start hitting the gym on Wednesdays and do some weight lifting. You should gain some weight quite fast if you stick a an light exercising program.
