FLASH 8 FLV Video File Capacity?

Hi,
I have 5.89 MB Video file (extension is WMV), when I converted it to FLV file usin Macromedia Flash 8 Video Encorder, that file capacity is ::: 19.45 MB , why is this, how can I reduce this file size, using flash?
