Can you use flash like you used to use frames?

Hi all,

Is there a component or something you can add to your flash document that can contain html?

I basically want a flash document with a header and then when you click on links different html loads in the main box. (within the html there would be links also that would need to load other html pages into the main box)

Is this at all possible?
