Streaming Audio Flash Player with no caching

I'm not sure if this can be done, but this is what a client of mine is looking for:

-player that does real streaming.
-nothing can EVER go into the cache, only buffered by moving it into queue on their servers.

They are dealing with copyrighted music and don't want the users to be able to get their hands on the media. They know about the macromedia utility but don't want to spend that kind of money for it.

They also want to avoid any sort of downloading too.

I'm not sure if this is doable. The cache thing I think is the biggest issue. Does anyone have any ideas?
