edges of flash movie being cut off

I've created a flash movie with a 1px border around the edge.

When I try and embed it in the page at the size I intended, the border is missing on the right and bottom. I've tried tweaking the sizes in the embed/object code, and sometimes I can get one of the missing borders to appear, but never all 4!

This will drive me crazy! Does anyone know why this is happening and/or what I can do about it?

For info I'm using Flash 5 (Lord help me).

I gave up in the end and put a border-around-my-border in the flash movie itself which is the same color as the page where it's going, so you can't tell if the edge gets cut off.

Still a bit of a mystery though.

is it a 1px border round the movie? If so sounds like the borders are sitting outside the stage.

Try making a seperate clip within the movie which sites near the top of the layers with no fill and a 1px stroke, make it the size of the finished movie in the properties panel.
