Music with a playlist

I want to add music to my website and want the user to select the music from a playlist. What is a good way to do this? I am looking for a player that can be embedded in my site.

That's quite the open question considering the many ways this can be done. The most easy would be to use Flash 8, and you could queue up the songs you wish to play within there. Then use AS2 connected to a listbox containing all your songs.

Another way is to imbed the Windows Media Player into a basic HTML doc. Create buttons within a form that link to each file you wish to play. Or possibly a listbox again. You could use QuickTime as well, or even Real Player. QT would be the most pain though I believe to interactively queue anything up.

From the viewpoint of making your music accessible to the most people, I'd recommend Flash over diving into the WMP vs. Real vs. Quicktime fight. (Unless you can provide all three.)
