flash of white in flash chunks

I built my site. I have a couple chunks of flash.
My site is a dark colour.

When my site loads, for just a split second, I get a big white box in the space where my flash is going to be.

Is there a way to get around this?
I noticed that even macromedia.com has this problem.

It would be nice to even have control of what color it flashes up before it loads...

You can change the background color in the embed tag. I will not be checking this forum again so please email me directly with your code and I will show you what to change.
