How to meta tag

I have a flash site that I have been asked to add meta tags. Are there any simple, yet effective universial rules I should be following.

My past experiences with tagging HTML pages tells me to include a title, keyword and description tag(s).

Any insight would be very helpful and much appreciated.

I would say that the same rules apply, however, sice there is no content for the search engines to index then you may not see the results that you are used to with text sites.
