Problem with a flash site

Hello people!
I'm new nere and I absolutely need someone's help!
I don't know who else to ask; I have written to
[this site's] support for help on this matter and they
don't answer my emails.
The problem is as follows: which ever browser I use,
IE or Firefox, whenever I go onto the site I get the following message 'running in safe mode! etc...'. I follow the instructions and have redownloaded Macromedia Flash Player 7, but none of this helps.
I have no trouble with Flash player on any other
website, only theirs.
I don't want it running on Safe Mode for a specific reason; it records data when it's in full mode and I have lost all my data since this problem occurred.
Hoping you can help me with this,
Thanks in advance

I would presume that it is to try tostop you copying and reusing their video or whatever? ..
Not having DSL I didn't go to look ..I do know that with the realease of the new title they are saturated and their server(s) are feeling the strain ..

It's nothing to do with taking stuff off their website, it's just that there is for example things to collect up to get exclusive downloads and stuff like that ^_^

I just accessed no problem with the following config ..
doze98II ( on this box )
firefox 1.03
macromedia flash player 7.00

And at the time of the front page load I did get a very fast message informing me of flash check ...but nothing about safe mode or whatever

BTW ..I should think that their webmaster is way too busy to reply on a config problem ..g'luck ;)

Since others are not having this problem with the site, my guess would be some kind of configuration issue on your computer -- what in particular that issue may be is hard to say. Different Flash files hold different levels of complexity, and your machine is probably having trouble with just one kind of Flash data.
