flash not working in IE?

swf files work in firefox, but not in IE.

hello,

on my vbulletin forum i've embedded swf files into some of the threads. this works fine in firefox, but in IE, i just get a flash logo that, when clicked, takes me to the macromedia site. i have tried this on several different computers and keep getting the same result.

any thoughts on what could be causing this, or how i can fix it? the link in the first sentence illustrates the problem (when viewed in IE).

have you put the <object> tag in? IE reads that, Firefox reads the <embed> tag
