Flash and Fireworks

Hi,

After I import an image into one frame, I change the color to Advanced and adjust the setting for red color Red=(100% x R)+255..then my imported image will be change to red...so can I do the same output with fireworks or photoshop? That means, I want to change an black and white image to be red and white color only?

Any ideas?

Yes, in Fireworks look for the Color Fill effect.
