how to get ranking for flash sites and sites in frames?

I'm very new to this forum and this is my first posting.SEO jobs are more of hobby to me than profession and i have seen in my short experience that it's almost impossibe to get good ranking in google for flash sites and sites that are built on frames. I'l be really thankful to you all if anyone can help me out with this isues.

As for frames, optimizing should be about the same. You might want to ask about those in the Google forum.
