fading scroller

looking for script recommendation

a client wants several slogans to appear sequentially, fading in and out.

does anyone know a good flash script for this? there are some java script solutions but waaaaay too much code.

ive spent a few hrs searching the net but am unable to find anything decent

this is basic flash stuff, really easy to knock up, even swish could do it... if you dont have flash that is.
