Angled text input fields?

trying to figure out how to make angled text input fields

I've got a project where using input fields slightly angled would go very nice with it...problem is that I haven't been able to pull that off yet. how might I go about doing that? Just simply rotating the field didn't do much of anything.

Try putting the text field in an mc and rotate the mc.
