There's a webpage on which a flash/swf file is loaded. How can I download this swf file/eBook? I looked at the page source, but couldn't find anything. Does the whole eBook have a single .swf URL, or does each page have a separate one?

Did you try using Firefox's Developer Tools? Network tab -> Media subtab.

Some website owners make their files incredibly difficult to download directly. One way is to bury the source file name in Javascript files, prevent direct access, and in the case of Youtube, chop the file up into many pieces.

If you have a link to the page, perhaps we can look?

Good suggestion on the Developers Tools in FireFox billzo and Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com] but as explained in the TOS these forums do not permit exposing sites (yours, examples or competitors). We try to discuss topics rather than specific sites.
