Get URL action not working , Embed?

Hello, I'm using macromedia flash 5.
I am wanting to be able to link to a page, using dreamweaver cs4 I have found that you cann't simply link a flash anim to a html page? You have to do it in flash itself.

So I am using flash as I said and the steps I have taken are

step 1 import swf
step to go to insert - convert symbol - button

then I right click on the object then double click get url

How do i insert picture in this forum also thanks?

Now whats the steps I take after this point am I suppose to copy and paste the code onto the object some how?

as when I close the action box, then export the swf. then import it into dreamweaver and go preview the link option isn't aknowledged in the swf.

So I think i'm missing the point of what to do after double click on get url to somehow embed it into the swf file?.

I have now worked out these steps.

Step 1 create symbol - then choose button.
then file import (import my swf)
The entire animations key frames spread across the up hit frames ect?

How can i put the animation just on the up mode.

As when I then open library drag it into the scene section. Then choose test movie the anim isn't playing.

Obvioulsy because all the frames should be in the up section?
