Flash Art to Fireworks

Hello.

Is there any way to take my vector art in Flash and move it to Fireworks?

When I attempt to copy my vector art in Flash, and paste it in fireworks, it does not turn out correctly, loses a lot of quality, and shrinks a ton.

For those that need to know: I just found the answer.

Copy your movie clip into a new flash document, and select File>Export>Picture
