Flash CS4 video chroma key

I am working with someone who wants to put a website talking head of themeselves on their site. They want the transparent "walk on" kind of video. They have the means to shoot the video correctly with green screen etc.

From what I've read online (correct me if I'm wrong) if they shoot on green screen and in adobe premiere or some similar software they work with the alpha channel and the chroma key, they can output a Quicktime that has the alpha channel.

Once this is done, if I importat that quicktime in, will the transparency "just work" in Flash CS4, or will I have to do something else (or use 3rd party software)?
