Embedded Sountrack with Flash

Can anyone point me to an article, website, tutorial, that explains how to embed a FLash soundtrack into HTML?

Basically I want to have Flash load 2 or 3 tracks of music (MP3)when an html site is brought up. I've seen this done on several sites, but cannot locate any information on doing this.

I want to have 1-3 tracks and a simple on/off button and a track selction button.
