Changing the appearance of a .exe

Hi

This might be being a bit hopeful but...

Is it possible to change the appearance of a .exe so that it doesnt have the Flash symbol - but so that you can have your own design on the executable?

It would be great if that could happen. Possible?

search for "icon changer" some will do .exe files ..
