Need help for 2 things

Text linking and lightview in flash

Hi everyone,
I have been told to make a new website for my organization. So I have purchased a template from template monster and tried modifying a template and now I am stuck at two places.

My questions are:
1. Can I use the lightview with the flash?
Here's what i mean to say. When u goto the above website you will find 5 small images block (2 of my own images and 3 for ads)on the main page. What I want to have is that if some one click's any of the 5 images that image should use lightview style for zooming the image out with the close button. Is it possible to have that within the flash file?
If yes how can I do that?

2. How can I link my text to another tab of the same flash file?
You can also see some text links at the right bottom corner with yellow color. Now I have redirected bottom 4 links to another websites and I want top one Updates from ISCO to be redirected within the flash file to the Events tab. How can I do that?
