Is it possible to have flash animation from other websites play in my websites with Navigation Working.

Yes, that is entirely possible; however sometimes an animation is made in such a way that it is difficult to move it to another site. You should probably ask the author of the animation to build a copy for your domain.

instead of building a copy , can we just point to that animation in another site and run it in my own
