Is there a way to limit the allowed bandwidth with flash files? Possibly while creating the flash file itself?
I have a set of flv videos (up to 150mb ea) that are taking up a large amount of bandwidth. What I'd like to do is limit them to around 10k/s per file.
I'm on a windows 2003 server with IIS 6.0.

I'm not familiar with IIS all that much to know if it's possible to limit the bandwidth per user connection however I don't see why it wouldn't be. I know for sure you can limit the bandwidth used by the whole server, called bandwidth throttling [microsoft.com]. This certainly doesn't fall under flash, though, and is a server issue. If you do figure out how to do it per user connection, it's going to be for everything, not just flash.
