Embedded video player that uses xml feeds

This is probably the best place to put this.

I'm trying to find a customizable embeddable videoplayer (resizable) where I can have it parse videopodcast feeds, and play the one selected by the visitor.

I've been searching all over, but all I have found are tutorials to build a flash player, and I don't think I'm up for learning that.

Is there anything out there that I've missed?
