Image Peel away effect

Hi, I want to create a Peel Away effect in the top right of my page - the sort of thing which peels away to show a special offer.

Is this a flash effect? I have seen a few cheapo scripts on the internet but do not know if they actually work.

What is the best/easy way to implement such an effect?
