<--- hates Flash.

A lot.

Really hates sites that offer no HTML alternative and no "skip flash" link.

Ricky the best thing to do for flash right now is use it as a SUPPLEMENTAL object on your site. There are those that defend full-navigation solutions and there really ARE a lot of things you can do in Flash you can't do anywhere else, but you have to keep in mind one rule: if it doesn't support or enhance your website's intent, it doesn't belong on it.

So. Keeping that in mind, you can begin playing with the tutorials and maybe insert small objects on an expiramental basis. DO NOT fall into the flash navigation trap, and don't put any site content inside your Flash, search engines don't follow internal Flash links or read the content.

Begin by downloading or buying MX and going through the tutorials, that's where you start. :D
