Flash Partial Preloader

Hi everyone....
Newbee here to the site and hoping someone can help me out.

I'm a budding flash designer...well learning and loving it anyway.
Can someone please let me in on the secrets of creating a partial loader. I basically want a portion of the site to load (like quicker) and the rest to load as my clients read the first part...does that make sense.
