I have Just Baught a Web template and i have Adobe Flash CS3 Professional but i do not know how to edit My Site these are the file extensions xml,xml,swf,html,fla

Start with the fla - the swf will most probably be the "published" version of the fla. The html with probably house the swf and the xml will probably be referred to in the actionscript of the fla.
Notice all the probablys! Without seeing the files it's impossible to say for sure - but its a start.
